Welcome to Soulflags Art Community Center! We’re thrilled you’re joining us to explore creativity and support community growth. Please review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all class purchases.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in any class or workshop.
  • We accept payment online via Credit/Debit and in-person via Credit, Debit, Check or Cash.
  • Class fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Student-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Full refunds are available if requested 7 or more days before the class start date.
    • 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 3–6 days before the start date.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start date or for no-shows.
  • Soulflags Cancellations:
    • If a class is canceled by Soulflags due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
      • A full refund, or
      • A credit toward another class.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

  • You may transfer your registration to a different class (of equal or lesser value) if space is available and the request is made at least 3 days in advance.
  • You may also transfer your registration to another participant, pending written approval from Soulflags.

4. Age & Enrollment Requirements

  • Some classes are age-specific. Please read descriptions carefully before registering.
  • Parents/guardians must complete registration for minors and agree to any applicable consent and waiver forms.

5. Safety & Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Soulflags reserves the right to remove any participant from a class without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates our code of conduct.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff.

6. Photography & Media Release

  • During classes, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
  • By registering, you grant Soulflags permission to use images of you or your child in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the start of the class.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in art classes may involve the use of paints, tools, and materials. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks.
  • Soulflags Art Community Center is not liable for personal injuries, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property during class time.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Class content, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Soulflags and its instructors. They may not be reproduced, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used only to manage your participation and communicate about classes and events. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
